About Charity

Charity Stubblefield grew up in Lawton, Oklahoma - the daughter of an attorney. Charity decided early on to pursue a legal career. After graduating from Lawton Senior High, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Music from Texas Woman’s University, where she graduated with honors. Charity attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving a Doctor of Jurisprudence. During law school, she completed internships with the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals and the U.S. Department of Justice. After graduation, she began practicing in Lawton, Oklahoma at the law office of Hyman Z. Copeland, Inc. Her office then opened two remote locations: Walters, Oklahoma and Lindsay, Oklahoma.

Charity now practices primarily out of the office located in her small hometown of Lindsay. Her practice includes estate planning, real estate, contract law, and various other civil matters.

Charity and her husband, Brant, have four children: Price, Parker, Preston, and Ella. When she is not assisting clients, Charity and her family serve at the Deer Creek Church of Christ in Edmond, Oklahoma. She also spends her free time learning and teaching natural health techniques and Young Living, and she enjoys reading, singing, and traveling.
